King Crab Legs
Ingredients:
- 8 King Crab Legs
- 8 tbsp butter
Directions:
Bring water to boil in a large pot. Wrap each king crab leg with 1 tbsp butter into aluminum foil. Place wrapped king crab legs into boiling water and boil for 5-7 minutes or until done. Serve with a side of melted butter.
Sushi with Imitation Crab Meat
Ingredients:
- 6 logs of imitation crab meat
- 6 sheets sea weed
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 4 tbsp wasabi
- 1 cucumber sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions:
Place sea weed on wooden rolling sheet. Line sea weed with white rice. In center of sea weed, add 1 log of imitation crab meat, wasabi and cucumber. Roll using rolling sheet. Slice sushi roll into 2 inch sections (be sure to wet knife after each cut). Serve with soy sauce.
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Crab meat cooked and shelled
- 12 large mushroom caps
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil. In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, crab meat and mayonnaise until smooth. Spoon crab meat mixture over each mushroom cap. Place into oven and broil for 10-15 minutes or until done.
