Seafood Stuffed Green Pepper
Ingredients:
- 12 shrimp
- 6 large scallops
- 2 large green peppers halved
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet, melt butter and saute celery and onion. In same skillet add scallops and shrimp and cook until done. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, scallop, onion, celery and bread crumbs. Fill green pepper half with shrimp and scallop mixture and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Calamari (Squid)
Ingredients:
- 4 cups squid
- 2 cups flour
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 cups Japanese style bread crumbs
- 4 cups vegetable oil
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil in saucepan. Chop squid into 1/2 inch thick rings. Dredge squid into flour, then into beaten eggs and finally into bread crumbs. Place squid rings into heated oil and fry for 7-10 minutes or until golden. Serve with cocktail sauce.
Tuna Sushi
Ingredients:
- 1 fillet fresh tuna
- 3 cups white rice
- 2 tbsp wasabi
Directions:
Roll rice into small rice ball. Lay one small strip wasabi on rice and place a strip of fresh tuna on top. Serve with soy sauce.
