Salmon Puffs

Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 package puff pastry
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to broil.  Put salt and pepper on salmon fillet and place in oven.  Broil until flaky.  Reduce heat to 350 degrees and allow to preheat.  Mix flaky salmon fillets with cream cheese.  Spread out puff pastries and cut into 3 inch squares.  Place a spoonful of salmon mixture into puff pastry and roll up to create pockets.  Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.  Serve as an appetizer.
