Broiled Salmon Steaks

Ingredients:
- 2 salmon steaks
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp paprika

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter and mix together the butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion and paprika.  Brush the salmon steaks with the spices and place into the oven for 20-30 minutes.

Salmon Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet cooked
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 tsp dill

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked salmon, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery and dill until smooth.  Place salmon salad over bed of romaine lettuce.

Juicy Salmon Filet

Ingredients:
- 2 salmon filets
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to broil.  Spread mayonaise over face of salmon filets.  Sprinkle dill, salt and pepper on top and place into oven.  Broil for 10-15 minutes until mayonaise browns and salmon flakes.  Serve immediately with au gratin
