Broiled Parmesan Scallops

Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh scallops
- 2 tbsp butter softened
- 1/4 Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Preheat the oven to broil.  In a small bowl, combine the butter, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Place each scallop on a baking dish and smear each scallop with the butter mixture.  Broil the scallops for 2-4 minutes on each side, spreading the butter mixture on top after each turn.

Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Scallops

Ingredients:
- 6 large scallops
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 small onion chopped
- 6 slices bacon cooked

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Melt butter in saucepan and saute mushrooms and onions.  Set aside.  In same saucepan, cook scallops for 6-10 minutes.  In a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, sauteed onions and mushrooms.  Wrap bacon around scallops and spoon mayonnaise mixture on top.  Place in oven for 5-10 minutes or until mayonnaise is browned.
