Shrimp Omelet

Ingredients:
- 12 small shrimpcooked,shelled and deveined
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 green onions chopped
- soy sauce to taste

Directions:
Heat the oil in a skillet to medium heat.  Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and cook through.  When the eggs are almost done, add the shrimp and onions.  Flip half the egg over to form an omelet and place onto a plate to serve.  Sprinkle some soy sauce on top to serve.

Shrimp and Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 12 tiny cooked shrimp
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1 egg scrambled
- 4 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Heat butter in skillet and add shrimp.  Cook until pink and add celery and onion to saute.  Add scrambled egg, rice and soy sauce.  Continue to fry until well mixed.   

Fettucini and Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 12 Large Shrimp
- 1 package fettucini noodles
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp butter

Directions:
Melt 1 tbsp butter in saucepan and cook shrimp until pink.  In another pot, boil water and add noodles.  Cook until soft.  In a large skillet melt remaining butter and add Parmesan cheese and cooked noodles.  Mix until smooth and add shrimp.
