Tuna Sushi
Ingredients:
- 1 fillet fresh tuna
- 3 cups white rice
- 2 tbsp wasabi
Directions:
Roll rice into small rice ball. Lay one small strip wasabi on rice and place a strip of fresh tuna on top. Serve with soy sauce.
Deep Fried Sushi
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup imitation crab meat
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 cucumber sliced thinly
- 3 sheets sea weed
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3 cups vegetable oil
Directions:
In saucepan heat oil. Roll rice, cucumber and imitation crab meat into sea weed. Cut into 2 inch rolls. Dip into flour and place into heated oil. Deep fry for 2-5 minutes or until flour is golden.
Sushi with Imitation Crab Meat
Ingredients:
- 6 logs of imitation crab meat
- 6 sheets sea weed
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 4 tbsp wasabi
- 1 cucumber sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions:
Place sea weed on wooden rolling sheet. Line sea weed with white rice. In center of sea weed, add 1 log of imitation crab meat, wasabi and cucumber. Roll using rolling sheet. Slice sushi roll into 2 inch sections (be sure to wet knife after each cut). Serve with soy sauce.
