Salsa Tuna Steaks

Ingredients:
- 2 tuna steaks
- 1/4 cup green peppers chopped
- 1/4 cup tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 cup red peppers chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium heat.  Place tuna steaks on grill and cook for 10-15 minutes or until done.  Meanwhile, mix chopped green peppers, tomatoes, onion, red peppers and garlic in a bowl.  Serve tuna steaks on bed of spanish rice with spooned salsa on top.
