Tuna Steaks with Mushrooms and Leeks
Ingredients:
- 4 tuna steaks
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mushrooms
- 1/4 cup leeks chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put lemon juice on steaks and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread mayonnaise on one side of tuna steak and place into oven for 10-15 minutes, or until flaky. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan and saute mushrooms and leeks. Spoon mushroom and leeks over tuna steaks and serve with asparagus.
Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 can tuna
- 3 tbsp mayonaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonaise and celery. Spread on bread or serve on a bed of lettuce.
Tuna Tetrazzini
Ingredients:
- 2 cans tuna
- 1 package egg noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Bring a pot of water to boil and add noodles. Boil until soft. Meanwhile, in a skillet saute mushrooms and tuna. Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and fold in cooked noodles. Place noodle mixture into baking pan and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden on top.
