Marinated Tuna Steaks
Ingredients:
- 2 tuna steaks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp tarragon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, white vinegar and lemon juice. Set tuna steaks into sauce and allow to marinade overnight. Preheat grill to medium heat. Sprinkle tuna steaks with tarragon, salt and pepper and place on grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until flakes easily.
