Clam Chowder

Ingredients:
- 12 clams shucked and shelled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 potatoes peeled and chopped
- 2 cups clam juice
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 cups half and half cream
Directions:
In skillet, heat oil and fry clams for 5-7 minutes. In a large stock pot add cooked clams, potatoes, clam juice, parsley and half and half cream. Allow to simmer for 2-4 hours. Serve in bread bowl.
