- 1 pint <strong>oysters</strong><br />

- 1 cup cream<br />

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Drain the <strong>oysters </strong>and save 1/2 cup of the juice. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs.  In another mixing bowl, combine the<strong> oyster</strong>juice, salt, pepper, cream and Worcestershire sauce.  In a baking dish put a layer of the cracker crumb mixture on the bottom and place half the <strong>oysters</strong> on top.  Repeat the crumb and <strong>oyster</strong> layer and then top the casserole with the cream sauce.  Place the pan into the oven for 35-50 minutes.</p>
