Halibut with Bacon

Ingredients:
- 4 Halibut Fillets
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup leeks
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup white wine
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and leave grease. Place leeks and mushrooms into bacon grease and saute until transparent. Add white wine and reduce to half. Meanwhile in another skillet, brown halibut fillets until flaky and done. Place halibut fillets on plate and top with bacon mixture.
